Nancy Lowrance has twenty years of experience leading strategic and operational initiatives in regulatory compliance, public policy, privacy and data governance.  She has built and matured programs in a responsible and accountability manner while balancing the needs of the business.  She serves as the CEO for a boutique consulting firm that provides strategic advice as well as operational guidance. Nancy is certified by the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP), Harvard University in Cybersecurity, Southern Methodist University in Ethics and Compliance and the University of Texas in Non-Profit Governance.  She holds a Masters of Business Administration in Finance and in Human Resources.
