Privacy & Data Policy Manager at Meta

Laura is a Privacy & Data Policy Manager at Meta focused on Accountability and Governance, Risk, and Compliance. In her role, she is responsible for engaging in the global discussion on accountability with leading global experts and ensures external perspectives and emerging thought leadership are considered in Meta’s Privacy Program. 

Prior to joining Meta, Laura was Vice President, Operational Risk Manager, Data Management Risk at Wells Fargo. There she was responsible for designing and implementing a comprehensive Data Risk Program across the risk and data lifecycles. In her roles at Wells Fargo, Laura designed approaches for operationalizing emerging focus areas for risk and compliance, as well as strategies for building collaborative regulator approaches. She also held several other roles at Wells Fargo and Jabil Circuit of increasing responsibility focused on developing effective risk management and compliance programs and corporate governance strategies.
