Virginia has joined the 2020-2021 privacy law parade with enactment of the Consumer Data Protection Act (CDPA). The CDPA has been sent to the Governor for signature who has previously expressed support for the CDPA and is expected to sign it into law. I don’t know about you, but I am tired of reading privacy bills. I am sure state legislation will be a topic when we talk this Thursday. Join me at the time for your location indicated below.
